"Let the children come to
me for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these..."
Mark 10:14
We believe children are important to God. Therefore they
are important to us. One of the traits that marked Jesus'
ministry was his concern for children. When his disciples
were bothered by the little ones, He said to them, "Let
the children come to me and do not hinder them, for the
kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the
truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like
a little child will never enter it." After Jesus said
this, He modeled His words by His actions. He took the little
ones in His arms, put His hands on them and blessed them.
Our Vision
The preschool/childcare center program at Grace Lutheran
Church trains the whole child: body, soul and mind. Through
Bible stories the children learn about God's love. An excellent
staff promotes the growth of the whole child: physically,
socially, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Your child's early years are his/her most
important, and Growing in Grace, in coordination with Grace
Lutheran Church and Grace Christian School, endeavors to
make certain that the hours your child spends at the center
are not wasted, but productive toward the formation of his/her
being and personality. Our curriculum prepares your child
for their promotion to kindergarten.
Our Beliefs
Growing in Grace believes it is the whole family that brings
up a child. We support the family unit with words of encouragement,
as well as supplying the family with resources to reach
this goal.
Our Objectives
Our objectives at Growing in Grace are to help each child:
